1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Blingify website, mobile app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

3. Products and pricing

• We make every effort to display product colours, finishes, and dimensions accurately; slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of jewelry.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
• Promotional discounts and offers are valid only for the period stated and cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Orders and payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• Order confirmation is sent via email and/or WhatsApp once payment is successfully processed or a COD order is placed.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines, charges, and tracking details are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order, particularly for made-to-order or customised pieces.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including designs, product photography, logos, text, and branding — is the property of Blingify and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. User accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blingify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
