Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every Blingify order ships in premium ivory presentation packaging — a ribbon-tied box with a tissue-lined interior. If you are ordering a gift, add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card at no extra charge.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune) typically receive orders in 3 to 4 days. You will receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange jewellery?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn pieces in original packaging. Exchanges for size or colour are processed within 5 business days. To initiate a return or exchange, WhatsApp us at our support number with your order ID and a photo of the item.
How do I care for gold-plated pieces?
Store each piece separately in its pouch to prevent scratching. Avoid contact with perfume, sweat, and water — remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, or applying skincare. After wearing, wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. With proper care, gold-plated pieces retain their finish for 1 to 2 years of regular wear.
Do you create custom bridal sets?
Yes — we offer bridal consultations for customised sets. WhatsApp us with your wedding date, outfit colours, and preferred metals, and our team will suggest pieces and combinations within 24 hours. Custom bridal orders require a minimum of 2 weeks lead time.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available on all orders across India. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout depending on your pin code. Prepaid orders via UPI, card, or net banking ship with priority handling.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and the email address you provided at checkout. You can also track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page and entering your order ID.
